Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and SOPs
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup before service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of stock shortages
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support team members during peak service periods
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly
Requirements
- Basic kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and able to follow instructions carefully
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Food hygiene certification is an advantage
