Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and SOPs
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup before service hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of stock shortages
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Support team members during peak service periods
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly

Requirements

  • Basic kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Food hygiene certification is an advantage
