  1. Content Development & Capacity Building<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    • Explore, Consult, Design and develop structured training modules and toolkits tailored to the capacity\-building needs of disability NGOs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to ensure content quality, technical accuracy, and sector relevance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Develop facilitator guides, participant handouts, and e\-learning formats that are engaging, inclusive, and accessible.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Co deliver capacity building trainings/webinars/orientation sessions on organization development and other relevant topics. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      1. Knowledge Management (KMS) System<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        • Establish and manage the project\u2019s <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge Management System<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, ensuring systematic archiving of frameworks, SOPs, case studies, and best practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Curate external resources and global best practices, making them easily accessible for disability NGOs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Drive usage and adoption of the KMS among ecosystem partners through orientations and follow\-ups.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          1. Learning Management System (LMS)<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            • Lead the setup and rollout of a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Learning Management System<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> to host training content, online courses, and peer\-learning modules.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Work with vendors/consultants to design LMS features suited to NGO participants (accessibility, multilingual content, discussion forums).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Ensure at least 90% adoption and engagement among NGO cohorts using the LMS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              1. Knowledge Capture & Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                • Document learnings, case studies, and outcomes from workshops, round tables, and field practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Produce knowledge briefs, reports, and communication pieces that highlight APD\u2019s leadership in ecosystem building.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Maintain online repository of all partner documentation including MoUs, compliances and other relevant records.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  1. Reporting & Communications Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

                    • Support donor reporting, quarterly reviews, and presentations <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                    • Contribute to external communications through blogs, sector notes, and knowledge showcases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                      Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

                      • Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Communications, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • 3\-5 years of experience in <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>content development, instructional design, knowledge management, or digital learning systems<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> (experience in the NGO/social sector preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • Strong writing and documentation skills, with ability to translate technical content into simple, actionable learning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • Working Proficiency with LMS/KMS platforms ( Moodle, Articulate, SharePoint, or equivalents).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • Understanding of accessibility standards and disability\-inclusive communication is desirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
