About the Role

In this role, you will coordinate the execution of Kohl's Card Marketing plans, including process and partnership with Capital One.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the execution of Kohl’s Card marketing plans and actions, including test plans and regulatory approvals

  • Monitor and report on program KPIs and campaigns, documenting key wins and future recommendations

  • Execute the project tactic and creative review approval process with Capital One and internal compliance and legal teams

  • Ensure marketing creative execution is in line with program strategy and compliant with terms and requirements

  • Provide industry and competitive benchmarking, managing a repository of competitor tactics and experiences

  • Assist in monthly inputs into the IMC/Sitecore, ensuring cross-functional partners have the details required to move strategic priorities forward

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly establish relationships with key partners

  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with varying timelines

  • Detailed-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
