KOL and Affiliate BD Manager
You will identify and onboard key partners in Korea, lead end to end partnership development including negotiations and campaign design, design incentive structures, manage relationships, collaborate with Marketing Product and BD Leadership, analyze market trends and share insights with internal teams, coordinate with internal teams before external campaigns, and ramp up in the first three months with a performance review based on partner pipeline and revenue contribution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community and strategic partners in the Korean market.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations, terms alignment, campaign planning, activation, and performance management with partners.
- Design and implement various collaboration models such as Rebate, Commission, Affiliate Incentive, and Broker Partnership.
- Manage relationships with existing partners and continuously improve volume, active users, conversion rate, deposits, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD Leadership to support partner campaigns, product feedback, and user growth initiatives.
- Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, user behavior, and partner needs, and share insights with internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams on requirements before external campaigns, partner promotions, and user-facing activities.
- During the first three months, ramp up and performance review period with evaluation based on partner pipeline onboarding activation volume revenue contribution and execution.
Requirements
- Native Korean language level is required.
- Business English or Chinese proficiency for internal communication.
- Experience in Crypto Exchange Futures Trading Platform Broker Affiliate BD or Web3 Trading Product BD.
- Strong network within Korea across KOL Affiliate Trading Community or user acquisition channels.
- Practical understanding of Rebate Commission Affiliate Program Partner Incentive structures.
- Hands on experience in partner discovery negotiation onboarding activation and long term relationship management.
- Ability to articulate past BD performance such as volume active users deposits Net Fee Partner Revenue.
