Join our "Arts Unlimited" team as a KPop Instructor for Summer 2026. We are looking for an experienced teacher to lead a hands-on course. Our intensive summer program is designed to help students master authentic K-pop dance training and stage performance coaching, vocal training to strengthen their voice for auditions, Korean cultural lessons for communication in the industry, personalized styling and image coaching to define their idol look, two stage performances to gain real experience, professional makeup and styling guidance, and a finale party.

Time/hours would be 12:30pm – 2:30pm

Interviews will begin on or about May 20th, 2026

Final selections for this position will be determined by June 1st, 2026

This position is for a Summer Instructor/Teacher of Jewelry Craft in the Arts Unlimited department of Chadwick Summer Programs.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing high quality teaching and instruction to participating students in the Chadwick Summer Program.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work Saturday, June 20, 2026, through Friday, July 24, 2026 - Program not in session on the following date in observance of the July 4th holiday - July 3, 2026.
  • Attend a staff “onboarding” session the week beginning Monday, June 15th (on-boarding sessions are 2 hours in length)
  • Complete in person CPR training in the week of June 15, 2026
  • Attend a mandatory staff training day on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Work either a half or a full day during the Summer program hours which begin at 9:00 am and end at 3:00 pm.
  • Plan interesting and exciting activities that are sequential and have set outcomes that are achievable for all students during the length of the Summer Program.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Summer Program, including Counselors.
  • Must maintain safe work practices and follow all safety and security procedures.
  • Must enjoy working with children aged 4 – 14.
  • Attend after-hours events, shows and performances, as required and determined by the class taught.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
