KY11 - Senior Physiotherapist [MSK / Neuro / Post-Op Cases | Hospital Setting]
Position Title: Physiotherapist Grade I
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000
Job Description
* Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
* Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases.
* Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress.
* Plan and coordinate patient discharge.
* Participate in service development and departmental initiatives.
* Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
* Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team.
* Conduct independent case management and case discussions.
* Prepare incident reports when required.
* Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.
* Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities.
* Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
* Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
* Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
* Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
* Experience in community care and aged care settings will be an advantage.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy or related fields will be advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
