KYB Specialist (3rd Party and Vendor Due Diligence)
You will act as the centralised 1LoD TPRM/KYV coordinator. You will coordinate vendor due diligence activities including questionnaires, evidence collection, subcontractor and location reviews, and COI declarations. You will document findings for approvals, support exit and offboarding, run ongoing screening, and administer the Third-Party Inventory and the TPO Risk Register with workflow and evidence-trail checks. You will operationalise and improve processes by documenting steps and checklists, maintaining templates, running workflows consistently, spotting gaps, and proposing updates. You will coordinate with Legal, information security, Risk and business owners and manage stakeholder-facing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor due diligence including questionnaires and evidence collection
- Review subcontractors and locations and manage COI declarations
- Document findings for approvals and write due diligence/risk assessment summaries
- Support exit and offboarding processes for third parties
- Run ongoing screening of third parties
- Administer the Third-Party Inventory and TPO Risk Register including workflow and evidence trail
- Perform first-line data quality checks on registers and inventory
- Document procedures, maintain templates and checklists, and operationalise workflows
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements
Requirements
- Experience running vendor due diligence and TPRM workflows including evidence collection
- Experience writing due diligence and risk assessment summaries
- Ability to work with registers and inventory data with accuracy and audit trail discipline
- Comfort coordinating with Legal, information security and Risk stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to operationalise and improve processes
- Fluent English
