Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Onboarding & Client Lifecycle Specialist. In this role, you will:

  • Perform onboarding processes including document review and account set-up.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies.
  • Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and policy breaches and act proactively to prevent their occurrence.
  • Provide advisory and hotline support to internal clients. Business partners include, but are not limited to, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Business Risk Management, and Project teams.
  • Engage in process improvement projects to streamline and automate document review and static data update processes.

You are:
Self-starter with ability to work independently and minimal supervision.

Methodical, concise, and accurate with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Effective team player with professional and positive attitude.

Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; strong task prioritization skills.

Skilled in improving processes and enhancing workflows.

Innovative with data and adaptable to a changing business environment.
