L2 Application Support Engineer
Key Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Operations Support, or related roles
• Experience supporting production systems in a high-availability environment
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience
• Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA)
• Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g. ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations and authentication concepts
• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, ServiceNow or similar
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple technical teams
Preferred:
• Experience in Government, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to cloud-native or microservices-based systems
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
