L2 Network Support Engineer

The candidate should have strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, LAN/WAN technologies, and network monitoring tools. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortieth devices is preferred.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving network incidents, troubleshooting connectivity and routing issues, managing network configurations, monitoring network performance, and ensuring SLA compliance. Candidates should be familiar with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux networking, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage.
