Lab Technician
Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will join a team of two laboratory technicians in supporting the daily operations of the Bioassay, Biological Raw Materials (BRM), and Cell & Gene Therapy laboratories. This position is responsible for ensuring laboratory readiness, maintaining organization, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple laboratory groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with established standards.
- Order, receive, inventory, organize, and stock laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and documentation for laboratory equipment and controlled environments.
- Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with a variety of operational, organizational, and administrative tasks that support day-to-day laboratory activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma (Associate's degree in Chemistry, or related discipline, preferred)
- Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

- Experience supporting laboratory operations, inventory management, or equipment maintenance is a plus.
Working schedule will be Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional overtime as required. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
