About the Team
Beatport's Music Services team creates tools and services that help labels, artists, publishers, distributors, and music companies succeed in the digital music industry.


Where You Come In:
We're looking for a Label Relations Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of Ampsuite clients, ranging from independent labels to distributors and management companies. You'll be their main point of contact, helping to resolve queries, provide guidance, and ensure they get the most from our platform and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early music industry experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As Label Relations Coordinator You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Managing day-to-day support for a portfolio of label clients.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client questions and issues.
  • Advising clients on industry best practices, distribution workflows, and platform functionality.
  • Building strong relationships with our clients, as well as external labels, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new clients.
  • Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to resolve issues.
  • Sharing client feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Staying informed on digital music trends, DSPs, and distribution best practices.


As Label Relations Coordinator You Will Require:

  • 1–2 years' experience within the music industry, ideally in Label Relations, Client Success, Account Management, Artist & Label Services, or similar roles.
  • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing or customer support platform.
  • Experience working with labels, artists, distributors, aggregators, or other music industry partners.
  • Understanding of digital music distribution, DSPs, and associated workflows.
  • Knowledge of music metadata standards, release marketing best practices, and royalty reporting processes.
  • A strong understanding of the digital music ecosystem and the technologies that support it.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating via email, phone, and video calls.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Passion for electronic music and an understanding of the dance music landscape.
