Laboratory Engineer

• Coordinate with laboratories and customer service to ensure the sample assigned to the laboratories properly and on time.
• 与实验室和客户服务部门协调，确保准确及时地将样品分配到实验室。
• Handle the test assignment of the chemical, physical, Softline and hardline testing.
• 处理化学，物理，纺织和杂货测试的测试项目。
• Handle the sample breakdown of different product and prepare the component list for the quotation and chemical testing based on the test standard or client’s specification.
• 根据测试标准或客人的特殊测试要求，对实际样品进行拆分测试点，然后将测试点用英文描述出来以供前线客服报价和后期测试用。
• Communicate with laboratories and customer service properly.
• 正确地与实验室和客户服务部门沟通。

Allocate testing points for each sample after disassembly according to the testing standards of various countries, ensuring both the initial customer service quote and subsequent laboratory testing.

根据各个国家的测试标准，为每个样品分配测试点，以确保初始客户服务报价和后续实验室测试的质量。

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related disciplines plus generally 1 years of directly related 3rd party Lab working experience.
• 相关专业大专或本科学历，1年相关第三方实验室工作经验
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail, CET-4 or similar English level
• 熟练使用办公软件, 英文读写看往来沟通邮件
• Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
• 良好的与人沟通及协调能力，思路清晰，善于总结并主动想办法解决问题
