Обязанности: Carries out sampling, prepares samples for research on milk and dairy products Conducts physico-chemical analysis of the quality of milk and dairy products in accordance with the requirements of established research methods and regulatory documents on technological processes. Notifies the quality management manager of any deviations from control indicators. Controls the concentration of equipment washing and disinfection solutions. Ensures the washing of laboratory utensils after conducting research and prepares them for subsequent work. Maintains a detailed laboratory journal and other documents on milk and dairy products. Требования: Vocational/higher education in chemistry or food technology Work experience in laboratory work, preferably in a manufacturing industry Basic knowledge of food safety standards AIB, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22 000 FSSC Fluent in Georgian, English is desirable Detail-orientation Flexible Ready to work on a 12-hour shift schedule (day and night shifts)
