Position: Traffic Marshal

Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and attentive Traffic Marshals to assist with the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians at designated locations. The successful candidate will help maintain traffic flow, ensure safety compliance, and provide clear directions to drivers and visitors.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Direct and control vehicle traffic in assigned areas.
• Guide drivers to designated parking or loading/unloading zones.
• Ensure the safety of pedestrians and road users.
• Monitor traffic conditions and report any incidents, hazards, or irregularities to supervisors.
• Assist in managing traffic during peak periods, events, or special operations.
• Set up and maintain traffic cones, barriers, and directional signage where required.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, visitors, and members of the public.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Previous experience in traffic control, security, or related roles is an advantage but not required.
