Landscape Designer

Job Summary

You will prepare detailed landscape design drawings and presentations, ensure timely and quality design deliverables, plan and monitor design workflows, conduct site inspections, and collaborate with clients and consultants to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare working drawing, shop drawing, as-build drawing, powerpoint and graphic presentation.

• Provide detailed drawings for tender and submission according to requirements and statutory regulations.

• Ensure design activities are produced on time, organised and professional standard worthy.

• Plan design workflow and implement effective monitoring system to ensure efficient operation.

• Perform site inspection to conform to quality checks and drawings.

• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and site people on design specifications and drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in landscape architecture or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping design. Candidate with relevant experience in operating Revit (BIM) may be considered.

• Preferably working in landscape, architecture or M&E industry.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Excellent team player and highly dependable.

• Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency.
