Instyle Habitats creates polished outdoor spaces across the Sunshine Coast. We\u2019re looking for a hands\-on Landscape Gardener who can turn concept drawings into finished gardens with strong workmanship and attention to detail.

About the role<\/b>
<\/div>
You\u2019ll prepare sites, interpret plans, and build residential landscapes from the ground up\u2014combining planting and lawn establishment with small landscape structures and surfaces.
<\/div>

<\/p>

What you\u2019ll do<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Mark out levels and set out works from drawings, then prepare ground, soils and sub\-bases for landscaping.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build landscape elements such as paved paths and patios, garden edging, low retaining features, screens/fences, trellises, pergolas, and small garden features (e.g., ponds, BBQ surrounds, seating).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Carry out planting: trees, shrubs, hedges and garden beds; prepare beds, improve soils and mulch as required.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Establish lawns by topsoiling, turf laying or seeding; finish surfaces to line, level and fall.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Select plants and landscape materials to suit the design and local conditions; complete material take\-offs and organise deliveries.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain high site standards: safe tool/plant use, waste management, and neat handover.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What you\u2019ll bring<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) plus 1 year of work experience or strong proven experience in residential landscaping
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Competence in reading plans, setting out, concreting basics, paving, timber/stone works, and planting.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Reliable, safety\-minded and quality\-driven; comfortable leading small tasks or working within a crew.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Current driver licence; White Card preferred.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
