Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape outcomes, inspire teams, and drive meaningful growth across the Pacific Sales organisation. Partnering closely with the P&E Leader, Bid Managers, Estimators, Account Managers, Business Consultants, and key functional teams, you’ll play a central role in delivering winning solutions and elevating performance across your region.
As an LPP Supervisor, you’ll lead a high-performing team, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll champion collaboration, foster innovation, and ensure every opportunity is maximised—while building a culture that empowers people to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a dynamic P&E team, driving performance, growth, and engagement
- Oversee bid management activities, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals
- Partner with regional leaders to deliver strong business outcomes across the Pacific
- Shape and execute strategies to expand P&E capabilities and support more sales opportunities
- Recruit, coach, and mentor talent, fostering a culture of accountability and “One Team” collaboration
- Manage resources effectively to deliver solution scope, estimates, and proposals on time and to a high standard
- Leverage insights and lessons learned to strengthen future bids and improve win rates
- Monitor sales costs and ensure alignment with projected budgets
- Lead bid responses, system reviews, and competitive analysis to deliver accurate and innovative solutions
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively remove barriers and keep opportunities on track
- Guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, ensuring compliance with processes, tools, and approvals
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 10+ years of sales or presales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong coaching skills, particularly within complex sales environments
- Ability to balance immediate results with long-term strategic thinking
- Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in a matrixed organisation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt quickly
- Deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and market dynamics

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of estimators to ensure accurate and timely project cost estimates
- Develop and implement estimating strategies and processes to optimize project outcomes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
