About the Role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers while providing exceptional service and maintaining delivery accuracy. This role plays a key part in supporting customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and the timely distribution of perishable products throughout the assigned delivery region.


What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete daily delivery routes

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fresh flowers and floral products to customers

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and work environment

  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication and service

  • Utilize maps, GPS, and routing information to maximize delivery efficiency

  • Load, unload, and transport products safely while maintaining product quality standards

  • Support warehouse operations and product handling activities as needed

  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires working in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including temperatures around 34°F. Employees regularly use equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and box cutters.

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of a truck, and lift or move up to 60 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Other Information

  • Onsite position

  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required

  • Start time is approximately 2:00 AM on Mondays and 3:00 AM Tuesday through Friday until route completion

  • This role supports delivery operations throughout Long Island and the five boroughs
