Layout Engineer

• Develop and optimize layout concepts for systems and equipment in retrofit and new-build projects
• Act as technical integrator for layout-related inputs and interfaces across disciplines
• Coordinate layout data and design inputs with internal teams, suppliers and engineering partners across locations
• Prepare, update and review key layout deliverables and 3D model content
• Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability within your assigned project area
• Contribute to project delivery through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an international engineering environment

• Knowledge of Aveva E3D (formerly PDMS) and Navisworks
• 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design within EPC, Waste-to-X, power, industrial or comparable multidisciplinary plant projects with expertise in structural and mechanical design, piping routing, and equipment arrangement
• Proven track record in developing layout concepts for complete plants, including technical risk assessment and solution development
• Fluent in English; German, Italian or French is a plus
• Self-driven, pragmatic and confident communicator with a strong focus on delivering solutions
