LD&T Coordinator

Overview The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day transportation execution by scheduling shipments, coordinating with customers and carriers, and providing real-time visibility through track and trace activities. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication skills to ensure accurate updates and high-quality service for Pepsi Logistics’ customer base. Responsibilities Shipment Scheduling & Execution Schedule shipments through customer portals, email, and phone Enter and manage load details accurately in internal systems Coordinate with customers and carriers to confirm pickup and delivery details Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily shipping activities Track & Trace Monitor shipments and track real-time freight and truck locations Proactively follow up on loads requiring updates or at risk of delay Provide accurate and timely status updates to customers and internal teams Escalate issues as needed to ensure service continuity Customer & Carrier Communication Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day shipment communication Respond to customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email Maintain professional and timely communication to support service expectations Data Accuracy & Systems Management Maintain accurate shipment data across systems and customer platforms Update load statuses, notes, and milestones consistently Support adherence to standard processes and documentation requirements Operational Support Assist with issue resolution and exception management Support team in meeting daily service and performance goals Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
