Service Quality Centre is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to help drive lead generation and sales appointment setting in support of our business development efforts.

Job Purpose

The Lead Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, securing appointments for the Business Development Manager, and supporting sales conversion through clear product explanation and follow-up. This role is focused on filling the BDM calendar with qualified sales appointments and supporting business growth for the Service Quality Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Introduce and explain the company’s products and services clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on sales potential.
  • Set appointments for Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure BDM calendars are consistently filled with qualified sales meetings.
  • Follow up on leads to improve appointment attendance and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support outreach and lead generation activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to new prospects.
  • Organised, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in a service centre or customer-facing environment is preferred.

  • Number of calls made daily.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of appointments set for BDMs.
  • Appointment show-up rate.
  • Conversion rate from lead to appointment.
