Role\nOverview:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span>The Lead \u2013 Ad Operations (Branding)<\/b> is a strategic\nrole responsible for overseeing all branding campaign executions across Display, Video, CTV, Native, In\-App, and\nRewarded Video<\/b> formats. Campaigns are executed through Managed Services, Xaprio DSP (our proprietary platform), and Deal\nDesk.<\/b>

This\nrole requires a blend of operational leadership, technical understanding, and\nstrategic thinking to ensure flawless campaign delivery, infrastructure\nimprovement, and team performance across global markets. <\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Lead the Branding Operations team<\/b> managing Display, Video, CTV, Native, In\-App, and Rewarded Video campaigns.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure timely setup, optimization, and\ndelivery across Managed Services, Xaprio DSP, and Deal Desk.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with Client Servicing<\/b> and Sales<\/b> teams to convert briefs\ninto executable campaigns and measurable outcomes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work with Product and Tech<\/b> teams to\nimprove campaign infrastructure, workflow automation, and delivery systems.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Take complete ownership<\/b> of delivery,\nquality, revenues, and P&L for the Branding vertical.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage deal activations and pacing across The\nTrade Desk (TTD) <\/b>and DV360 <\/b>\- expertise with both is mandatory.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to brand safety,\nviewability, and fraud protection<\/b> using tools like IAS, MOAT, Pixalate, and Human.<\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive innovation by adopting new ad formats, contextual capabilities, and\ndata\-driven optimization methods.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high\-performance\noperations team<\/b> aligned with business and client goals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to help promote Xapads\u2019 branding offerings through case studies and success\nstories.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>

    • 7\u20139 years <\/b>of experience in\nProgrammatic or Digital Advertising Operations (Branding vertical).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proven expertise in Display, Video, CTV,\nNative, and In\-App<\/b> campaign management.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proven expertise in Deals setup,\nmanagement, and optimization across TTD,\nDV360, Amazon DSP,<\/b> and similar platforms.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of Programmatic\nGuaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Exchange delivery models.<\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of adtech ecosystem \- DSPs, SSPs, Deal IDs, and measurement tools.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in campaign pacing, optimization, bid log analysis, and\ntroubleshooting.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working with global markets \- US,\nUK, Russia/CIS, MENA, SEA, APAC, LATAM.<\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication and leadership skills; proven ability to manage teams and\ncross\-functional coordination.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy, performance, and process\nhygiene.<\/span>
