Lead AI Workplace Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI Workplace Solutions Engineer to drive modern collaboration and AI-powered productivity across the enterprise. This role focuses on enabling, integrating, and governing workplace and AI solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient digital experiences. Responsibilities Manage and evolve Microsoft Teams and core collaboration services Enable and support AI-powered tools, ensuring proper governance, adoption and cost control Drive onboarding, licensing and compliance processes for AI applications and development tools Implement automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph and related technologies Provide advanced support for complex cross-platform issues Ensure security, compliance and alignment with enterprise AI governance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workplace and AI solutions Maintain documentation and contribute to service enablement and knowledge sharing Requirements 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and collaboration tools Expertise in AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and similar platforms Understanding of modern cloud platforms and identity management (e.g., Entra ID) Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and responsible use practices Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated workplace and AI environments Proficiency in Cloud, Generative AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Competency in Microsoft Teams Platform Nice to have Familiarity with Anthropic Claude and ITSM Service Design Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Online Video Platforms Understanding of Telephony and Voice Systems
