Lead Analyst Product Configuration

By joining us as a Lead Analyst Product Configuration, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining product configurator content for all global sales offices and intercompany to enable efficient order entry. You will establish the product configuration and pricing rules so that all customer order requirements are met in relation to the product documentation provided by engineering and manufacturing.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Maintain product data in Configit and FF2.0 business systems from options, product/special services, developing configuration rules and relationships to pricing, sizing, and drawing information.
  • Manage all updates and configurator enhancement projects for assigned products.
  • Manage the configurable products in an electronic environment for the selling process.
  • Log and track configurator changes.
  • Validate and communicate prospective changes to the user community.
  • Collaborate with customer service, application engineering, engineering, and operations on the resolution of technical requirements and system issues.
  • Provide training and support for product configuration to other members of the team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of cumulative experience in pricing/quotation generation, applications engineering, and order detailing for regulator products.
  • Strong mechanical proficiency with knowledge of the basic physical properties of materials.
  • Advanced product knowledge and inter-product rules relationship.
  • Ability to analyze large data systems and to interpret and identify missing engineering detail structures and drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
