Lead Analytics Consultant

You will be:
- setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes (including Data Governance),
- testing different tools and suggesting new ones,
- building internal reports to monitor data processes,
- providing recommendations for internal tools development,
- monitoring trends in data to come up with new use cases.
Your profile:
- experience in cooperation at leadership/management level – collecting requirements, providing recommendations, translating business needs to data products,
- proficiency at data modelling (Kimball),
- experience in developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) – from ingestion, through modelling, to reports
- interest/experience in concepts like: data governance, data mesh, self-service analytics, AI,
- expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks (experience in Unity Catalog would be nice to have),
- strong communication skills and ability to work across teams,
- fluent in English and Polish.
This is a highly collaborative effort. You will spend a lot of time on conceptual work, but from time to time you will get your hands dirty with code. So technical skills are a must.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
