Lead Assistant Manager-Coding Auditor
- Update and maintain SOPs, ensuring proper version control and standardization of all process documents.
- Monitor and maintain key metrics including KRA updates, KAT reports, calibration data, and team performance dashboards.
- Track and analyze production, quality, attendance, and downtime reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, identify training needs for low performers, and collaborate with training teams for improvement plans.
- Lead weekly bottom performer reviews and ensure continuous feedback and development of team members.
- Ensure timely response to internal and client communications (within 24-hour TAT) and meet all committed deliverables.
- Drive team engagement, resolve process/people-related issues with supervisors, and identify automation and innovation opportunities for process enhancement.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process SOP updation and maintenance
- Monitoring the version control of process documents.
- Final review on Internal and Client feedback analysis and rebuttals
- Updating KRA Metrics
- Maintaining reports for KAT and Calibration for Team
- Tracking Team Reports – Production, Quality and Attendance (Daily/Monthly)
- Downtime Tracker Maintenance (Daily / Monthly)
- Conducting one on one with Team members
- Identifying the training need for bottom performers and sharing the TNI with Training team
- Weekly Bottom Performer review with Team and Supervisor
- Addressing Internal/client emails with 24hrs.TAT
- Making sure to meet the Internal/Client committed monthly deliverables.
- Team engagement activities – Initiating and conducting
- Addressing any issues/challenges (Process or People) with supervisor as priority.
- Identifying Automation opportunities for process enhancement.
- Idea generation campaign and implementation with support of manager for productivity and quality improvement.
- ATA Sampling for SME/QC’s.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Life science, preferred
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience with HCC Risk Adjustment
- Team Handling Experience: With team size of 20 to 30 users
- CRC / CPC / CCS / COC certification – Any one Mandatory
Additional Skills:
- HCC coding experience
- Strong Knowledge of ICD-10 CM and HCC coding guidelines
- Previously clinical background preferred but not mandate
- Strong personal and professional ethics
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
