Job Description of the role:

  • Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for each BU’s monthly Business Review Meeting
  • Planning & driving weekly Insurance heads meeting & action items to closure
  • Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
  • Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
  • Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
  • Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
  • Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
  • Closely work with senior management and
  • Coordination with various teams across organization
  • Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
  • Top down budget & target setting
  • Audits and compliance oversight

Education qualifications and experience:

  • MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
  • Bachelors of Accounting
  • 3-6 years of experience

Lead business review governance (monthly/weekly), ensuring agendas, materials, and action items are tracked to closure.
Deliver data-driven insights, proactive analysis, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making and business health monitoring.
Drive planning rigor including OKRs, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with senior management and teams.

Education qualifications and experience:
