Lead Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data analytics and data science capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with technical expertise in Python, SQL, and Snowflake to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives. Exposure to statistical analysis, machine learning, and domain knowledge in marketing and sales analytics will be highly preferred, along with team handling and project management experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and Snowflake to uncover actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
  • Apply statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conduct marketing and sales data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, revenue trends, and business growth opportunities.
  • Work with large datasets in Snowflake ensuring efficient data processing and performance.
  • Build automated data processes and analytical workflows using Python.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including data engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data quality and business alignment.
  • Communicate insights through data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Lead or support project execution, track deliverables, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development where needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Data Science-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, data analysis libraries).
  • Experience working with Snowflake for data analytics and warehousing.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to machine learning models and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with marketing and sales analytics (campaign analysis, funnel metrics, customer segmentation, revenue insights).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, forecasting, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT pipelines).
Additional Skills
  • Team handling experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior resources
  • Project management skills including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
