Lead Assistant Manager

Works with clients to help them monitor their enterprise to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, implement operational improvements, reduce cost, deliver sustainable stakeholder value.

  1. Alteryx Resource
  • Consultant with Alterxy experience working in insurance industry
  • Anyone with Core/Advanced Alteryx certification is preferred, as we don’t have to worry about checking if they know Alteryx basics
  • Data transformation and system reconciliation (Identifying issues, performing root cause and gap analysis)
  • Experience in working with data and integrating differences between datasets
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of trial balance, financial accounting and reporting
  • Knowledge of Insurance Finance and accounting terminologies like functional terms related to the Ledger and journal postings, late adjustments, restatements, post cut off cash, Gross/Ceded Paid, Gross/Ceded O/S claims, IBNR etc
  • Experience in TM1, Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Excel (Power pivot and advanced formulas)

Experience with automation and strategic implementation of new technologies

3-5 years experience in risk and regulatory management consulting, risk and regulatory compliance
