Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to improve information sharing and collaboration within the organization. Support the establishment and maintenance of knowledge management systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of critical information. Help train staff on knowledge management best practices and tools, ensuring consistency in approach across teams. Assist in identifying and prioritizing critical knowledge assets, ensuring they are captured and stored appropriately. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing, retention, and integration into daily operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management, helping to apply relevant insights to improve current processes.
