\u2022 Core Network \u2013 BNG, CGNAT, IGW, Caching, Internet peering, DDoS (must)

\u2022 Network Application \- AAA, PCRF, URL filter, antispam, DNS, DHCP, NMS, EMS

\u2022 Telco Transport network \u2013 MPLS, DWDM, SDH etc

\u2022 Experience in Configuration and Troubleshooting of Triple\-Play service like Voice, \nVideo and Data

\u2022 Detail Knowledge of services like \- IPoE, PPPoE, TAL , static IP , frame route etc .

\u2022 Hands\-on experience of IP/Routing protocol \u2013 IS\-IS, BGP (must)

\u2022 OEM Management\no Oversee Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for broadband core network \noperations and Fiber\-to\-the\-Home (FTTH) service provisioning.

o Ensure efficient coordination and performance from OEM partners.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Event Assessment and Coordination
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Assess and approve planned events in line with TPF philosophy.
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Coordinate with core OEM and partners for all major and minor \nmigration/upgradation events.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Network Audits and Preventive Maintenance
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Conduct quarterly network audits and develop preventive maintenance (PM) \nplans.
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Implement findings from audits to maintain and improve network performance.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Support to Security Operations Center (SOC)
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Enable the SOC technical team with various technical processes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Improve resolution times for technical issues through effective process \nenhancements.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 SLA/KPI Management
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Manage the organization\u2019s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key \nPerformance Indicators (KPIs).
<\/div>
<\/div>
o Ensure compliance with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and \nDepartment of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations.
