The Lead Performance & Planning Analyst is a principal individual contributor within the Commercial Operations team, responsible for owning global commercial performance measurement, forecasting, and Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs). This role plays a critical part in how the business understands performance, makes decisions, and plans forward. Reporting into the Director of Commercial Operations, this role supports the CRO and senior commercial leaders with clear, trusted, and actionable insights. It is a high visibility, hands on role designed to evolve into a people manager as the function scales.
