  • Backend: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Python, Django, Django REST\nFramework, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Frontend: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>TypeScript, React<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Infrastructure: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Testing: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>pytest, Robot Framework<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Other: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Experience with\nMicroservices architectures, asynchronous processing, object storage(S3)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Degree in Computer Science,\nSoftware Engineering, or equivalent professional experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Proven track record as a\nTech Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong experience in\nbackend development with Python and Django as well as modern frontend\ntechnologies (React, TypeScript)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in leading\nteams, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with\nsystem design, REST API development, and microservices<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with CI/CD\npipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication skills\nin English (German a plus)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Enthusiasm for clean code,\nautomation, and sustainable engineering practices<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Job\nResponsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>

      1. Build and Lead a Team:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Hire, onboard, and coach a high\-performing\n cross\-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      2. 6\u20138 years of professional experience in software engineering,\n including at least several years in senior or lead roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      3. Drive Delivery:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met\n with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      4. Hands\-on Guidance:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both\n backend and frontend development, and support complex technical\n challenges.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      5. Set Technical Direction:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Shape system architecture, define coding\n standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      6. Foster Collaboration:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to\n ensure alignment and smooth integration.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      7. Ensure Quality:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain\n high\-quality standards across all deliverables.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      8. Scale for the Future:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that\n can grow with the company\u2019s evolving needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
