Lead - ELV Security Systems

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery & Technical Execution

  • Lead ELV Security System projects from kick‑off to commissioning and handover
  • Act as the technical authority during project execution, resolving design and site-level challenges
  • Coordinate with:
    • Project Managers
    • Site teams and subcontractors
    • Other ELV disciplines (ICT, AV, BMS, Structured Cabling)
  • Ensure installations align with:
    • Approved drawings and specifications
    • OEM guidelines and international best practices

Configure:

VMS,ACS software,Alarm systems,Network integrations

Execute:

FAT / SAT,Authority testing,Performance validation,Ensure full integration with IT infrastructure ,Support SIRA / authority inspections Train customer IT/security teams

2. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for:
    • SME and Enterprise customers
    • Main contractors and consultants
    • Authorities and inspection teams
  • Support pre‑sales and post‑award activities by:
    • Clarifying technical queries
    • Providing value engineering and optimization options
    • Supporting solution presentations and demonstrations when required
  • Build trust through clear communication, timely delivery, and technical excellence

3. Regulatory Compliance & Authority Approvals

  • Ensure all security systems comply with UAE and Emirate‑specific regulations, including:
    • Dubai Police SIRA requirements
    • Local authority and Civil Defense requirements where applicable
  • Manage design submissions, inspections, testing, and final approvals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving security regulations and standards

4. Commissioning, Handover & After‑Sales Support

  • Lead commissioning and system integration activities
  • Ensure delivery of:
    • As‑built drawings
    • O&M manuals
    • Testing and certification documents
  • Support customer training and transition to operations

Provide technical support and guidance during warranty and defect liability periods

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians
  • Set technical standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
  • Support skill development across design, deployment, and troubleshooting

6. Commercial & Operational Support

  • Support project cost control, variation evaluation, and optimization initiatives
  • Assist management with:
    • Resource planning
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Continuous improvement of delivery processes
