As a Lead Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist, at the full performance level, GS-13 you will perform the following duties: Leading the work of the team by monitoring and overseeing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints processing throughout the complaint lifecycle. Identifying legal claims raised by employees and applicants in the EEO process and providing guidance to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) staff and contractors in counseling, investigating, and managing these claims. Providing guidance, information and customer service to employees, management officials, and agency contractors. Reviewing work products completed by team members and providing appropriate feedback to assist the team members in producing legally sufficient work products which meet internal standards.
