Job Title: Supply Planning Lead

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Planning professional to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure the timely availability of materials to support production while optimizing inventory levels across the plant. You will collaborate closely with demand planning, procurement, and production teams, playing a key role in enabling a smooth and efficient end-to-end supply process. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and shape how planning excellence is delivered.
Your key responsibilities
  • Run daily MRP processes to determine material requirements based on forecasts, bills of materials, and inventory levels
  • Monitor and optimize inventory to reduce excess and obsolete stock while maintaining healthy turnover
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and follow up with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Partner with production planning and demand planning teams to align supply with production schedules and forecast changes
  • Proactively identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or quality issues to avoid production disruptions
  • Maintain accurate master data in ERP systems, including lead times, safety stock, and order parameters

You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in supply or material planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills for data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure
  • Fluency in English; additional certifications or experience in continuous improvement methodologies are a plus
