Lead Full Stack AI Engineer (.NET + React)

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Full Stack AI Engineer with .NET and React expertise to spearhead end-to-end application development. This role is dedicated to hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools, modern software architectures and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Take ownership of full application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation and deployment Architect and develop scalable high-performance solutions Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot into development workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and engineers, to ensure alignment with business goals Ensure high-quality code through clean coding practices, documentation and peer reviews Debug, troubleshoot and optimize applications for peak performance Drive technical excellence throughout the delivery process Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and strategic needs Requirements 10+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development, focusing on .NET and ReactJS Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, MS SQL and AI tools (GitHub Copilot preferred) Solid understanding of modern software architecture patterns such as microservices, serverless and event-driven designs Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code Capability to work independently with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving acuity Background in communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences including non-technical stakeholders English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Proficiency in design principles and patterns Understanding of solution architecture concepts
