Role Overview<\/b>

We are looking for a <\/span>Lead Full Stack Engineer<\/b> <\/span>who combines <\/span>strong technical depth with leadership<\/b>. You will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This is a <\/span>hands\-on leadership role<\/b>, not a people\-manager\-only position.

Technical Leadership<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Own and drive <\/span>technical design decisions<\/b> <\/span>across frontend and backend systems
  <\/li>
• Review and approve architecture and design proposals
  <\/li>
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure
  <\/li>
• Set and uphold <\/span>engineering standards and best practices<\/b>
  <\/li>
• Evaluate, guide, and set guardrails for the responsible use of AI\-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.

  Delivery & Execution<\/b>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Lead the delivery of complex, cross\-cutting features and initiatives
    <\/li>
  • Break down ambiguous product requirements into executable technical plans

  • Identify technical risks early and proactively mitigate them
    <\/li>
  • Balance short\-term delivery needs with long\-term platform health
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Team & Mentorship<\/b>

    • Mentor Senior and Associate engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and guidance
      <\/li>
    • Raise the overall engineering capability of the team
      <\/li>
    • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
      <\/li>
    • Partner closely with Product, QA, and Clinical stakeholders
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Required Skills & Experience<\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • 7\u201310+ years<\/b> <\/span>of professional software engineering experience
        <\/li>
      • Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams
        <\/li>
      • Strong expertise in:
        <\/li><\/ul>

        1. <\/span>React.js<\/b> <\/span>and frontend architecture
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        2. <\/span>Node.js<\/b> <\/span>backend systems and API design
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        3. AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Deep understanding of:
