Lead Gameplay Engineer - Unreal
You will lead a small fully remote engineering team working on gameplay for a multiplayer action RPG. You will architect and implement gameplay systems, collaborate closely with designers and artists, and deliver high-quality AI, animation, combat and mission systems. You will profile and optimize performance and guide engineering efforts to ship polished gameplay.

Requirements
- 5+ years of game development experience
- Shipped at least one high-quality AAA game for PC or Console
- Strong programming background and C++ knowledge
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with gameplay systems like AI, Animation, Combat and Missions
- Experience profiling and optimizing game performance
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing gameplay teams
- Must love games!
- Experience with MMO or Action RPG game development (desirable)
- Experience with procedural world and dungeon generation algorithms (desirable)
- Experience working on a distributed team across several time zones (desirable)
- Unreal Engine 4 experience (desirable)
