Lead Generation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist based in India.

This role focuses on transforming marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities through structured, personalized, and data-driven engagement. You will act as a key bridge between marketing and sales, nurturing prospects across multiple digital channels and guiding them through the buying journey. The position requires a strong mix of communication, analytical thinking, and marketing automation expertise to identify intent signals and drive meaningful conversations. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential to conversion success. By designing targeted outreach strategies and optimizing engagement workflows, you will directly influence pipeline growth and revenue generation. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building with structured, performance-driven marketing operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute personalized lead nurturing strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to engage prospects effectively.
  • Convert MQLs into SQLs by building meaningful conversations and driving product demo or discovery call bookings.
  • Manage end-to-end lead nurturing funnels, ensuring timely follow-ups and structured engagement for different lead segments.
  • Apply lead scoring and segmentation techniques to prioritize outreach and tailor messaging based on persona and buying stage.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and outbound teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify buying intent signals, trends, and re-engagement opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize messaging, outreach cadences, and campaign performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce or similar) and track lead progression, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics.
  • Support marketing initiatives by aligning messaging, content, and campaign strategies with lead conversion goals.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation, or sales development roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
    • Strong understanding of lead management processes including scoring, segmentation, and pipeline progression.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and similar platforms.
    • Proven ability to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales conversations and opportunities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, engaging outreach.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting engagement data and optimizing performance.
    • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and personalized outreach campaigns.
    • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
    • Knowledge of buyer personas, content strategy, and conversational marketing principles.
    • Nice to have: experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or AI-driven marketing platforms.
