Lead Generation Specialist (minimum 7 years of experience as a Lead Generation) REMOTE
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our President and working closely with the Business Development and Estimating teams to expand our outreach across key industries including hospitality, industrial healthcare, retail, and construction.
Client & Market Outreach
- Conducting targeted research and data mining to identify and build prospect lists across our core services: construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engaging with high-level stakeholders such as CEOs, COOs, VPs, and other key decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Building personalized, professional outreach campaigns and following up to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline.
Collaboration & Executive Support
- Supporting the President with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research on key contacts and companies.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
Estimating Team Support
- Transferring qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project background, timelines, and contact information.
- Gathering scope and site-specific details directly from contacts to help estimators develop informed, accurate proposals.
- Maintaining a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators to refine qualification processes.
Market Intelligence & CRM Management
- Monitoring trends across target industries and identifying emerging markets or sectors for expansion.
- Maintaining clean, organized CRM data—logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
- Developing basic reports and dashboards to track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
Strategy & Optimization
- Contributing insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
- Testing and iterating outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
- Suggesting process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within the construction, project management, or real estate industries.
Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors, including hospitality, industrial, healthcare, retail, and construction.
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives (CEOs, COOs, VPs) through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
Experience supporting C-level executives, including meeting preparation, briefing development, and background research.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Business Development and Estimating teams to qualify and transfer leads effectively.
Familiarity with gathering project scope details and facilitating accurate handoffs for proposal development.
Proficient in using CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, updating lead statuses, and generating performance reports.
Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to monitor industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to ongoing outreach optimization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving lead generation processes and systems.
