Festivals from India is hiring looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead \u2013 Incubator and Seed Fund<\/b> to lead and manage key initiatives in startup incubation and acceleration within the Art & Culture domain at The Brij in New Delhi.     Requirements<\/h3>
    Essential Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    • Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 5\-7 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in program management, incubation, or acceleration roles. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Exposure to or interest in the art, culture, and creative industries is highly desirable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>


      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      Essential Experience: <\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>

      • Strong understanding of startup incubation and acceleration processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent project management and organizational skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Analytical mindset with problem\-solving capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM platforms. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
