At Country Kids Schoolhouse of Eagle, we believe in providing a loving, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment where every child and teacher is valued and supported. We are looking for a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team and help guide our youngest learners through their earliest milestones.
💛 What You’ll Be Doing
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for infants
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support development
Follow individualized schedules for feeding, naps, and care
Build strong, trusting relationships with families
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Ensure compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing regulations
Lead and support assistant teachers within the classroom
🌱 What We’re Looking For
Lead Teacher qualifications per Wisconsin licensing
Experience working with infants preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for early childhood education
Ability to create a calm, patient, and responsive environment

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
