Operations is responsible for supporting the various trading, investment and reporting activities of the firm. \nThe core mission of the Operations group is to establish scalable investment workflows, ensure a controlled \noperating environment and deliver high\-quality client service to both internal and external business \nrelationships. In addition to supporting primary investment related activities, the groups assist in the design \nand implementation of firm\-wide projects, operational due diligence, counterparty management and client\nrelated activities. \nRFP Team is responsible for interacting and coordinating within areas of the firm to actively address RFP, \nDDQ and RFI requests and complete all corresponding documentation.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: \n Associate is to prepare and complete client questionnaires and other deliverables on a Quarterly, Semi \nAnnual and Annual Basis with highest level of accuracy and within a predetermined time set forth in the \nwork allocation. \n \n \n \n \n \nDemonstrate an understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, asset classes, and portfolio \nconstruction. \nConvert operational and investment knowledge into clear, concise, and compelling language to create \nRFP and DDQ documents. \nAssociate is expected to properly communicate with information suppliers to gather requirements for \nreporting and deliverables. \nEnsure that assigned questionnaires are prepared and completed in conjunction to its reviewer\u2019s \nschedule. \nPlan for, monitor, and ensure completion of processes and deliverables in each process workflow \nincluding emails.of \nAll members should be aware of the standard procedure of a proper hand\-off, both offshore and \nonshore. \n \n3\nParticipate in the team initiatives including but not limited to process reviews whenever needed, \nmaintenance of process documentations, and relevant process improvement projects. \n \nAny related process as required by the team

Requirements<\/h3>Qualification: \n1. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies and operations, and asset \nmanagement structures \n2. Ability to differentiate among product offerings and tailor messaging accordingly \n3. Strong analytical and critical\-thinking skills \n4. Able to operate within a collaborative and team\-oriented culture, as well as operate independently \n5. Well organized, detail oriented; able to multi\-task and keep track of various deadlines \n6. Excellent command of the English language \u2013 decoding, fluency, vocabulary, sentence construction \nand cohesion, reasoning, working memory and attention. \n7.
