Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control and Automation Engineering/ Technology.
Over four years of experience in equipment inspections and technical team mentor.
Mastery of applicable standards and experience with quality management.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor other inspectors and positively influence the team.
Proven experience in process improvements and solving complex problems.
Advanced certifications in equipment inspection or related areas.
Experience with data analysis tools and project management software.
Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments and communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
International inspection experience and knowledge of global standards.
Leadership in safety and sustainability initiatives, promoting responsible practices in all inspection operations.
