  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on special projects, including those involving multiple disciplines or significant technical challenges.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation systems and inspection records, ensuring traceability and data integrity.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control and Automation Engineering/ Technology.

  • Over four years of experience in equipment inspections and technical team mentor.

  • Mastery of applicable standards and experience with quality management.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor other inspectors and positively influence the team.

  • Proven experience in process improvements and solving complex problems.

  • Advanced certifications in equipment inspection or related areas.

  • Experience with data analysis tools and project management software.

  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments and communicate effectively at different organizational levels.

  • International inspection experience and knowledge of global standards.

  • Leadership in safety and sustainability initiatives, promoting responsible practices in all inspection operations.
