Parking Enforcement Supervisor
The Parking Enforcement Supervisor provides field leadership and operational support for Parking Enforcement Officers across multiple locations. This position performs the duties of a Parking Enforcement Officer while serving as the primary point of contact for enforcement staff, ensuring operational consistency, supporting employee training, and communicating procedural updates. The Parking Enforcement Supervisor works closely with management to maintain service standards while providing day-to-day guidance to field personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Patrol enforcement areas by vehicle or on foot to ensure compliance with parking ordinances and regulations.
· Write warnings and citations for illegally or improperly parked vehicles.
· Observe and report hazardous conditions such as damaged signs, missing traffic controls, or unsafe conditions.
· Serve as the primary field contact for Parking Enforcement Officers.
· Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to enforcement personnel.
· Rotate among assigned patrol routes to ensure consistency in enforcement practices and operational standards.
· Train newly hired Parking Enforcement Officers.
· Assist management in implementing operational initiatives.
· Troubleshoot field issues and elevate concerns to management when appropriate.
· Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment.
· Perform related duties as assigned
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 19 years of age.
· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
· Previous parking enforcement, security, public safety, or related operational experience preferred.
· Previous experience training, mentoring, or supporting employees preferred.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions
This position works primarily outdoors and has exposure to multiple weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. The position requires prolonged standing, walking, driving, and working around moving vehicles. The position may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays based upon operational needs.
