Principal Physiotherapist

  • Location: Bright Hill

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

  • Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM

  • Salary: $6,000 – $8,000

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

  • Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.

  • Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in advanced rehabilitation, including neurorehabilitation, orthopaedics, or geriatrics.

  • Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and client management.

  • Experience in private practice will be an advantage.

  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in healthcare leadership will be advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Support rehabilitation-related marketing and community education initiatives.

  • Develop and oversee educational programmes and staff training activities.

  • Support business development and programme planning initiatives.

  • Manage partnerships, grants, and funding opportunities.

  • Participate in budgeting and policy development.
