Lead Product Manager Accounts

You will own and shape the accounts product area end to end You will work across regulatory complexity and partner teams to deliver reliable APIs and scalable onboarding You will drive adoption metrics and define product strategy for account models lifecycle KYC KYB and cross work while communicating clearly with partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision roadmap and success metrics for the accounts area including account models onboarding lifecycle KYC KYB sub accounts multi accounts and IRA cross work
  • Execute across multiple in flight lanes in parallel shipping work yourself on the most strategically important ones
  • Rationalize how we expose account APIs and internal systems across different account types jurisdictions and partner operating models
  • Drive build versus buy partner versus direct and onshore versus offshore tradeoffs and re sequence the roadmap under real constraints
  • Partner with engineering broker dealer operations compliance legal partnerships success and sales to prioritize initiatives balancing regulatory risk operational load revenue impact and time to market
  • Lead discovery with partners and prospects understand blocking requirements translate needs into sequenced roadmaps push back on asks that dont fit the platform and communicate honest timelines and scope
  • Shape pricing and packaging inputs where account products imply different operational handling working with commercial and operations stakeholders so what we sell matches what we can deliver and support at scale
  • Define and monitor adoption across accounts onboarding funnel health API adoption time to first funded account verification pass rates blockers and throughput
  • Raise the standard of work shipped across the accounts area mentor peers set quality bar and unblock adjacent teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management Engineering Consulting or starting a startup with senior IC ownership in a regulated identity accounts or brokerage domain
  • Demonstrated end to end ownership of an accounts shaped surface at production scale
  • Direct experience navigating US accounts identity regulatory frameworks FINRA KYC AML FATCA IRS entity rules beneficial ownership CDD OFAC screening
  • Track record of setting and executing an area level roadmap across multiple in flight workstreams in parallel
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior product owner who mentors peers sets quality bar and represents the area in cross functional and leadership forums
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability to run partner facing conversations regulator adjacent forums and internal leadership updates
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering finance or equivalent
