Lead Product Manager

You will own and drive brokerage products tailored for the Saudi and GCC markets. You will define product strategy, write clear product requirements, and work with engineers to deliver CMA and Sharia compliant features. You will lead customer calls, engage with regional regulators, report product status, and improve settlement, custody, and clearing workflows. You will collaborate with local operations to integrate Alpaca’s platform with regional market infrastructure and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Own brokerage products tailored for Saudi and GCC markets
• Drive brokerage product strategy and analyze ROI and build vs buy tradeoffs
• Write product requirements and work with engineers to deliver features
• Lead customer calls to gather insights and translate them into product improvements
• Engage with CMA Tadawul Edaa and other regional regulators to ensure compliance
• Report product status and results to internal and external stakeholders
• Improve brokerage operational efficiency across settlement custody and clearing workflows
• Collaborate with local operations to integrate platform with regional market infrastructure
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering finance or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in product management engineering consulting or startup roles preferably within financial services or fintech
• Demonstrated experience in brokerage capital markets or fintech within the Saudi or GCC region
• Strong understanding of the CMA regulatory framework Tadawul market structure and GCC capital markets
• Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool
• Fluency in Arabic and English written and verbal
• Business acumen to evaluate tradeoffs between stakeholders technology feasibility time and budget
